Running Sucks

No, really.  If you gotta run, sprint, then walk.  Steady-state running for long distance just isn't good for you.  I'm not hatin', it's science.

1 Very interesting. This may explain why even though I'm eating better and less food, and have been exercise biking for an hour 3x a week for 3 months I haven't lost any weight. The biking has been a steady pace, more like jogging than sprinting. I'll try switching to short spurts of more vigorous peddling.

2 Ben, google "tabata", "HIIT" (high intensity interval training)., and "GPP" (general physical preparedness).

Dietarily, well, you know my stance: meat, vegetables, safe starches (only enough to support activity), occasional fruit and nuts.  Eschew all else.
