Weight (Saturday): 174 lb

Notes: Backoff week and busy at work, so I compressed down to 2 days.

1 I think you've mentioned you take Vitamin D, how much do you take?
I take 1000 IU but don't know if I'm getting any benefit.

2 I take 18000-20000 IU most days, but I live in a land without a sun and work indoors all day.
