Running Sucks
No, really. If you gotta run, sprint, then walk. Steady-state running for long distance just isn't good for you. I'm not hatin', it's science.

Very interesting. This may explain why even though I'm eating better and less food, and have been exercise biking for an hour 3x a week for 3 months I haven't lost any weight. The biking has been a steady pace, more like jogging than sprinting. I'll try switching to short spurts of more vigorous peddling.

Ben, google "tabata", "HIIT" (high intensity interval training)., and "GPP" (general physical preparedness).
Dietarily, well, you know my stance: meat, vegetables, safe starches (only enough to support activity), occasional fruit and nuts. Eschew all else.
