Leon, WTF did you eat yesterday? Day 4
As yesterday, when I wasn't drinking coffee, I was drinking iced tea. Very light eating day yesterday, as I was pretty stuffed from Tuesday's feasting. I didn't eat anything until about 630pm. My mood was pretty awful all day and the little bit of chocolate helped not at all.
Food:
32 ounces of coffee (french roast)
4 Tbl grass-fed half-n-half
full rack of baby-back ribs (14 bones' worth)
4 Tbl molasses-based BBQ sauce (if it matters, this is 8g carb/2Tbl)
0.7 ounces 90% cacao dark chocolate (Lindt).
Supplements:
20000 IU D3
3 grams vitamin C
6 grams DHA/EPA fish oil (from the fridge)
1200 mg gelatin
1500 mg collagen
2 tablets of Chrysin Surge
1 tablet of DHEA
0.5 grams magnesium

Spread throughout the day, it doesn't seem like much. But that may be why you are at your goal weight and I'm stalled.

It's okay, I've not been much in the mood for vegetables lately. I will often end up deciding that it's been too long and then devour an entire head of broccoli.
Also, I'm a little above my goal weight/body-fat level right now. This week is the start of an attempt to shed some pounds over the Winter after adding about 11-12# over the Summer (deliberately, but not all of them were the lean tissue for which I was aiming). If what I'm eating in a day looks small to you, I think you're underestimating how satiating this much protein and fat is. The carb-up on Sunday was more of a volumetric and temporal problem. I literally couldn't eat any more than I did in the time I made available for it that day.
