Leon, some of your most interesting stuff is the chemistry/specifics of your diet. For quite awhile you've been posting your workouts but I'd love to see what you eat daily and get some more general insights into paleo via your site.
I like your mathematical/scientific approach to your success.
I know I can read several blogs on the topic but it's fun to "know" someone who has been successful and specifics on the the how.
Let me know at H2 if you get more specific here either regularly or occasionally. I'd love to hear about it.

I'll see what I can do, Mare. I haven't kept a food log in awhile because they make me neurotic, but I could do a "what I ate this week" post just once. No measurements, though, too much work.
I'll also tinker with the nutrition and health links in my blogroll. There are a few frequent visits that I don't have in there, and a few that I don't really read any more. In most cases, though, those are by folks that do this (and coach people) for a living. I'm just a well-spoken, voracious autodidact, and that means my knowledge has gaps of which I may not be aware.
